Claidheamhor and Targe Solo Piping
Pipe Sergeant Willie Rowe had an excellent day on Saturday the 21st May winning the Claidheamhor invitational for light music and placing 2nd in the Targe for piobaireachd
Pipe Corporal Callum Carn was also in the prizes, placing 3rd in the Targe
It was a very welcome back to the annual Colin Craig Claidhheamhor after a hiatus last year. The contest is held in the welcoming surrounds of the Celtic Inn, Palmerston North, and is run by the Manawatu Scottish Society.
