In a field of 14, Pipe Sergeant Willie Rowe won the Everest Cup for piobaireachd with Pipe Corporal Callum Carn placing 3rd. Willie also placed 3rd in the Brown Cup for light music, with P/M Stewart McKenzie placing 4th in a welcome return to the solo boards for him.

The event was held at Scots College, Wellington.
